At Tilly’s Hampers, we want your experience to be smooth, clear, and enjoyable. Here are the key things you need to know when ordering with us:

Orders & Confirmation

Once you place an order, you’ll get an email confirmation. Please double-check all details (recipient name, address, gift message, and products) before completing your order, as we can’t make changes once it’s been processed.

Alcohol Purchases

You and your recipient must be 18 or over to buy or receive any hampers containing alcohol. By placing your order, you’re confirming this is the case.

Delivery

We work hard to get your hampers delivered on time. If an item is out of stock, we may replace it with something of equal or greater value, always keeping the quality and feel of the hamper in mind.

Packaging

Our hampers come in beautiful, carefully chosen packaging - from wicker baskets to eco-friendly boxes. We also use recyclable or reusable materials wherever possible.

Allergens & Ingredients

Please read product labels carefully. Some items may contain allergens (e.g. nuts, gluten, dairy). If you’re buying a hamper for someone else, it’s your responsibility to check their dietary needs.

We’ll only use your details to process your order and keep in touch if you’ve opted in to hear from us. Your privacy is very important to us - see our Privacy Policy.

Cancellations & Refunds

If you need to cancel an order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we can’t cancel or refund perishable goods once dispatched. For non-perishable hampers, standard cancellation rights apply.
