Our UK Delivery Options

Standard Delivery

• Delivered within 2-4 working days (Monday - Friday)
• £5.99 or free on orders over £70
• Courier: Evri or Royal Mail (2+ day service)

Out Of Area Deliveries

• Deliveries to more remote postcodes (e.g. Northern Highlands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man) are sent via DPD within 2 days
• £10 charge per hamper (no free delivery option available)
• Your available delivery options will be shown at checkout when you enter your postcode

Please Note: Bank holidays and Christmas may affect delivery schedules and charges. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO Box or BFPO addresses.

Deliveries In Hot Weather

We want your hamper to arrive in the best possible condition. In periods of unexpected hot weather, hampers containing perishable items (like cheese, cream, or scones) may need to be dispatched on a different date. If this happens, we’ll let you know and arrange a new delivery date as soon as it’s safe to send.

Tracking Your Order

We’ll keep you updated at every step of your delivery.

• If you created an account or set a password at checkout, you can track your order directly in My Account.
• If you checked out as a guest, you’ll still receive email updates with tracking details from our courier.

If you don’t receive these updates, or if your hamper is delayed, simply contact us at tillysfarmshop@gmail.com  we’ll be happy to help you locate your order.
