Ahead of Tilly’s Hampers launch, it was lovely to meet suppliers and pull together our range of food and drink options. One of these was Radlow Hundred, an award-winning vineyard in Herefordshire, whose Rose and Rondo wines we now proudly stock in a variety of hampers.

There’s nothing quite like discovering the story behind the bottle. Recently, I spent a bright, sunny morning driving through the rolling hills of Herefordshire to pay a visit to Radlow Hundred which is a family run vineyard that’s rewriting what English wine can be.

I met the Founders, Sue and Darren at the vineyard where they shared their journey from field to bottle with me.

“We call this the next chapter of English wine,” they said. “We planted these vines not because we had to, but because we believed English grapes could stand up and proclaim their flavour.”
